Staff selection continues to be an overlooked part of implementation and scaling. The processes for recruiting staff (new or existing) to use innovations and implementation best practices and for interviewing candidates for key skills (e.g. judgement, coachability) are detailed with examples of a telephone screening interview, in-person scenario interview, and role plays (work samples) for skill assessment.
