Assessing Implementation Stages

The Active Implementation Stages are iterative and recursive and do not have end points since they tend to overlap and flow back and forth for many years as people and circumstances change.  Assessing Stages allows Implementation Teams and Specialists to adjust their activities to provide more precise and helpful support to achieve intended benefits.
