Implementation Drivers are the key components of capacity and the functional infrastructure supports for the successful use of practices or programs. The three categories of Implementation Drivers are Competency, Organization, and Leadership. The assessment tool can be used by Implementation Teams during any Implementation Stage of using an innovation. The assessment asks knowledgeable respondents to rate the extent to which implementation supports are currently in place, based on their experiences.
